How does the turn-key deal work?

You can signup for a free consultation to avail the benefits of engaging bots in your business. Upon approval, we will build your bot for you, based on your feedback. Credit card details will be required for the building period, however no charge will be made until you approve the bot's deployiment. There are no extra fees for building or maintaining the chatbot. Am I locked into a contract?

What payment information do you see?

We only see your full payment history and the last 4 digits of the credit card; however, nobody will be able to access your credit card details. We don’t store that information. Chatfuel utilizes Wave Financial to process payments - one of the largest and most secure internet payment providers.

Who gets the invoices and when?

We email invoices to the email address you have specified in your billing details right after we have successfully charged your credit card for the applicable fees for that month.
